• have a sports degree such as Human Kinetics/ Exercise Physiology/ Kinesiology with an excellent understanding in muscle anatomy, movement as well as muscle neurology or significant Personal Training experience with related certificates.
• understand what PNF stretching is and how it works and why. 
• have an understanding of ART (active release technique); how and why that is so impactful. 
• have basic knowledge in joint pathology and mechanics, injuries and recovery.
• know why percussion therapy is used and what it does for the muscle and recovery.
• be able to explain why does kinesio Taping work, and how it may be used.
• be passionate about physical health and eager to learn and help others. 
• have excellent communication skills
